Tardiness
We try our best to accommodate you... traffic happens, we get it! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day and hinder other scheduled appointments. For this reason, clients will generally be allowed a 5 minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep within the time allotted for you. When possible, please call if you think you might be late; doing so will help us to better accommodate you.
24-Notice of Cancellation & Rescheduling
As a small business, we respectfully ask our clients to be equally committed to us as we are to you by providing us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation/reschedule request. Due to the high demand for services, sufficient notice allows us to accommodate another valued client. We totally understand that unavoidable issues pop up and do our best to work with you through these emergencies. However, if failure to provide 24 hour notice becomes a habit, then a fee equal to 50% of services scheduled will be charged. (Habit = 3 last minute cancellations within a 6 month period.)
No Shows
'No Shows' are rude. Please do not be rude. 'No Shows' will be charged a fee equal to a 100% of services scheduled. If you realize life happened and you missed your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours to avoid the (first time forgivable) fee.
As a courtesy, we send text and/or email to confirmations before your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
